We understand that sometimes, despite your best intentions, a product may not meet your expectations or suit your needs as you had hoped. To enable you to buy with confidence, If for any reason you decide not to keep your order, you can return it to us within 30 days from the day of purchase for a full refund or exchange (excluding the original shipping charge paid). Please note, returns must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Return/Exchange to Our Stores:

You can conveniently return your items to our Bella Baby retail store in Twickenham with your delivery email or a copy of your receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and exchanges for the same item or store credits are also available.

Return by Post/Courier:

Please be aware that, as per our terms & conditions, we do not offer free online returns. The responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer. Additionally, returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

If the item you receive is faulty, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our team will promptly assist you in resolving this matter in the most efficient manner possible.

Bella Baby is committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and in the event of a faulty item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. This also applies if we have delivered the item to you in error or as a substitute.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Products must be packaged in outer cardboard or protective bag when being send back to us. We will not accept products whereby the original packaging is damaged, or tags removed. Please do not write address details or anything on product packaging, items with writing on packaging cannot be accepted back for a refund.
  • Furniture/wooden products or any items once opened / assembled cannot be returned.
  • At Bella baby, we prioritize the quality and safety of our products. Please be aware that for certain product types, we are unable to offer refunds once the product is open, unless the item is faulty. This policy applies to products such as opened bedding/mattresses/breast pumps/nursing products. Once opened, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is found to be defective.
  • Products must be unused & in their original packaging with no signs of use. At Bella Baby, we inspect all returns to ensure we are always giving our customers brand new products. We will not refund any items with any sign of visible use.
  • Please remove any labels on the package and note your order number, name & telephone number so that we can process your refund promptly.
